If you’ve accidentally clicked the wrong item or need to update the order, send us an email at help@bouqie.com.au with your order number and we’ll help get you sorted. Update to your subscription such as cancellations, pauses, changes of address, upgrades or downgrades can be made on your account.
Oh no! Sorry to hear that, we work hard to regularly re-stock our items so that no one misses out. If this is the case for you – click the NOTIFY ME button under the product and we’ll send you an email when it’s back in stock!
Yep! We know your excitement level is so high that you’ll want all eyes on your delivery. When our delivery drivers head out, you’ll get a tracking email which lets you see where the driver is.
Fresh Flowers We deliver within Sydney and we’ll come right to your, your friend’s or business’ doorstop! Bouqie does deliveries every week, fortnight or monthly, so you can decide when you want your beautiful flowers to arrive. For all non-perishable items we offer worldwide delivery.
At Bouqie we offer free delivery for all subscriptions orders within Australia. For all non perishable items our delivery rate varies within Australia. This is automatically calculated and added at the check-out. For International Orders we offer shipping starting from $25.
Bouqie deliver every Thursday and Friday, however, we cannot guarantee a delivery within an exact time frame. Given the range of locations we delivery to, sometimes it isn’t possible, although we will try our best.
If you’ve accidentally entered the wrong address, don’t fear! Just send us an email at help@bouqie.com.au with your order number and we’ll make sure the flowers are sent to the correct location!
Nope! There’s no need to put your day on hold if you’re waiting for us to arrive. If you’re not home our delivery driver will leave the flowers in a safe location (usually at the front door).
Of course! Our beautiful flowers are wrapped and packed with a 100% biodegradable wrap, so that they will stay hydrated for up to 5-7 days after delivery!
We try our best to replicate our bouquets like the photos, but please keep in mind that these are a general guide to how they’ll look. The overall colour and style will not change.
